Wise Buddah is delighted to add another leading German radio brand to its growing European roster, Kiss FM Berlin.

“KISS HITS” was commissioned by Kiss’s Programme Director Christian Schalt and was completed shortly before Christmas for launch in early January 2009.

The package comprises of eight main IDs, four Top of Hour jingles as well as news, travel and weather. A cappella vocals were also supplied chromatically across an octave to increase flexibility with segues and production inclusives.

Joe D’Agostin of D’Agostin Productions and producer of the Sound Freqz Radio imaging library is always keeping up with the current pulse of radio imaging effects. To do this JD is always listening to what clients want, and more importantly what they’ve had enough of.

“I try to keep my tracks exciting and a little ahead of the curve without alienating the radio audience. I’m like a sponge, always absorbing everything that I hear around me, as well as listening to what producers are looking for in true, useable radio imaging effects”, Joe D’Agostin.

TFM Radio’s incredibly popular jingle package can now be heard in Denmark, thanks to a new creative partnership between TM Studios in Dallas, and Denmark’s Radio Limfjord.

Radio Limfjord’s “Radiochef”, Allan Josefsen, wanted a new package for 2009, and knew that the TFM Radio jingles from TM Studios were the perfect sound for his station. But, could it be sung in Danish, with native singers, while still retaining the signature sound that’s made the package so popular around the world?

TM’s Creative Director Chris Stevens explains; “We agreed that it was essential to sing this package with Danish vocalists, and after the session was recorded in Copenhagen, we transferred it to Dallas for all the necessary post-production and mixing.

The OBAMA Jingle package from M-Edge Productions (www.m-edgeproductions.com) is indeed as defining as the celebration of the Americans in the inauguration of President-elect Barrack Obama. The package is a monument that recorded the unity of Americans during this historically significant event.

In a conversation with Tony Valdez from M-Edge Productions, RadioJingles.co.nr is proud to present to you some insights on how the OBAMA Jingle package came to be.

Can you give us a little insight on how the jingle package came to be.

This was an internal project…no station was involved.

The La Kalle 2008 is a perfect choice for this package. But can stations use or order other existing packages to be resung as an Obama package, like if they want to choose the KDWB instead?

I thought of that and yes it can be done…but it would be more of a custom production.  However, the current package “La Kalle 2008” can be purchased off-the-shelf and stations can use it as-is (of course a resing can be done as well for the La Kalle package)

The Obama package is CHR, but I believe with the kind of victorious spirit every American has right now, I think this package can fit any format, whether AC or Newstalk.

I AGREE.  We felt the La Kalle PKG fit because of the styles of music incorporated in the pkg.  Since the package is specific to an historic moment it seems to me that the style is important but secondary in priority to the lyrical content and overall message.

I am positive that this package will have a very long shelf-life. Matter of fact, stations can even have this package resung for the 4th of July.
